The best among you is he who is most conscious of his duty to G'd and society.

What is happening today to our Palestinian brothers and sisters in Gaza is a travesty. At least 1,400 people have been killed and more than 5,400 have been injured.   Most of these being innocent civilians with a very large number being children. Before the Israeli attacks, Gaza was an open prison for more than 1.5 million Palestinians who were deprived of food, medicines and resources needed to survive. As a result, many were dying due to starvation, lack of medical care and the constant raids by Israelis. According to journalists reporting from Gaza, many of the Palestinians had resorted to eating grass due to lack of food.

What follows is my attempt to address the problems in Gaza faced by our Palestinian brothers and sisters. I firmly believe that in order to really help our long suffering Palestinian brothers and sisters the least we could do is to learn the truth about their situation.  That truth will never be gotten from main stream media. Main stream media is owned and controlled by Zionists whose main focus is not to tell the truth but to spread Israeli propaganda to continue reaping the benefits of American support for the State of Israel. The outrageous lies main stream media such as CNN,BBC,FOX, MSNBC and others  are telling about the current Israeli invasion of Gaza shows clearly that their interest is in spreading Israeli propaganda rather than telling the truth.

To help the reader understand the current situation in Gaza, I will give a brief historical background. I will focus on the massacres of the Palestinian people done by Israelis in the past to show that what is currently happening today in Gaza is nothing new, but a consistent pattern of behavior for Israelis against Palestinians. The only difference with the current Gaza massacre and previous Israeli massacres is that the current one is televised and has more of a world focus. Whatever the excuse or justification used by Israelis to attack Palestinians, it is interesting to note that their actions has always been the same. Their pattern of extreme brutality, wantonly killing non-combatants women, children and senior citizens has been very consistent.  This is in stark contrast to the teachings of Islam that states, “Muslims should not attack anyone who is not bearing arms against us.”

A campaign of genocide has been waged against the Palestinians by European Jews to establish the state of Israel. The process of displacing the Palestinians began in the 1890s and culminated with the war of 1948 where European Jews conducted massacres of approximately 385 Palestinian towns and villages out of a total of 475. The net result of the massacres was to cause 830,000 out of a total of 960,000 Palestinians to flee their homes and villages making the Palestinians the largest refugee population in the world. Having thus eliminated most of the Palestinian inhabitants from the land of Palestine, the Israeli government undertook the systematic destruction of their homes and possessions. Upon this vacated, stolen property the current state of Israel was built. It was a major accomplishment for Zionism which has as its stated goal the permanent displacement of the Palestinian people from Palestine.  After the 1947 UN mandate was approved calling for the partitioning of Palestine, European Jews (or Ashkenazi Jews) began migrating en masse to occupy the towns and villages vacated by the Palestinians.   Then, from 1948 to present, the Israelis conducted a series of brutal massacres and invasions of the Palestinian population in their quest to expand the state of Israel. They targeted innocent civilians, hospitals, schools, power plants, UN compounds and shelters, Masjids, government buildings and even used chemical and biological weapons against a defenseless Palestinian population. In total the number of massacres committed by Israel on the Palestinian people from 1948 to present is more than 100.

The following table was prepared by Israel Shahak, former Chairperson of the Israeli League for Human and Civil Rights, under the heading " Arab Villages Destroyed in Israel."  It details the number of villages destroyed by Israelis by city. Please be aware that these were BOTH Christian and Muslim villages.

Shahak stresses that this documented list is incomplete because it is impossible to find numerous Arab communities and "tribes".  But still just what is presented above where 385 out of 475 villages were completely destroyed by Israel is a terrible human travesty.

Some of the more famous Palestinian massacres known especially for their extreme inhumane brutality and high number of casualties were the Deir Yassin, Sabra and Chatilla, Qana, and the Jenin massacre. A history of Israeli massacres against Palestinian is detailed in the following article, Past Zionist-Jewish Terrorism - Some Historical Facts.  Rather than describe many of these massacres, I will only describe one -- the 1982 Israeli attack on the Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon. As with other Israeli massacres the striking parallels between the current Gaza massacre and the 1982 massacres of refugee Palestinians are easily seen.

June, 1982: Israeli forces launched their savage invasion of Lebanon. As a result of this invasion a great number of refugee camps, Lebanese towns and villages were destroyed. Israeli warplanes launched eight raids on Palestinian targets in South Lebanon and Beirut, killing nearly one thousand people and wounding many others.

July 17, 1982: U.S. supplied F-4 and F-5 jets swooped low over Beirut in 4 passes, bombing the densely-populated Fakahani district. Five tall apartment buildings were destroyed, 200 people were killed and 800 wounded. Forty percent of the victims were small children, and one of the survivors was an unborn baby pulled by doctors from the dead mother's womb. Israel's then Chief-of-staff Rafael Eitan announced on Israeli Radio that civilian causalities were unimportant and that the Arab causalities suffered as of the July 17 attack did not yet constitute the Israeli "final solution."

September, 1982: Israeli raids and bombardments continued during the weeks following the raid on Beirut in July. It was the beginning of the invasion of Beirut; after which an 80 days war led by Ariel Sharon, (then War Minister of Israel) resulted in the destruction of much of Beirut, killing and wounding thousands of Palestinians and Lebanese civilians. It was during this invasion that the massacre of the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps was committed.
 
Today the Israelis have targeted schools, Masjids, UN shelters, hospitals, ambulances, government infrastructures, fishing boats and have used banned chemical weapons like white phosphorous on defenseless Palestinian civilians in Gaza. This is no different from previous Israeli massacres.  The stated Israeli purpose for this current massacre is the destruction of Hamas, the democratically elected government of Palestine. Hamas won the election over Fatah by a large majority of Palestinian votes including an overwhelming 90% of the Christian vote in Ramallah. Although wrongly designated as a terrorist organization in the U.S., Hamas are staunch Muslims known and respected by Palestinians for their honesty and integrity.  They represent all Palestinians Christians and Muslims. This fact needs to be known because the mistaken view by many Americans is that the Palestine problem is a Muslim – Jewish problem. The truth is that before the coming of the Zionists in the 1890s Muslims, Jews and Christians lived in peace under Muslim rule in Palestine. That is why today the Muslim, Christian and original Jewish population in Palestine are united against the Zionists.

In attacking Hamas, the Israelis claim that they are doing this in response to Palestinian rocket fire. But their own Ha’aertz publication reveals that the attack on Gaza was planned 6 months ago and that Dan Gillerman, Israel’s former ambassador to the UN, reports that Jerusalem began to prepare the propaganda campaign about rocket attacks to sell the present war months before the conflict began.  Furthermore, in 5 years less than 20 Israelis were killed by rocket attacks and none were killed during the ceasefire. Yet Israelis broke the ceasefire numerous times with the last one being on November 4th 2008 killing several Palestinians. Even the 18 month blockade on Gaza depriving the Palestinians of food, medicine and other necessities is an act of war. The Zionist Power Configuration (ZPC) played a major role in all stages of Israel’s extermination campaign against Gaza including a sustained propaganda effort. The ZPC orchestrated a massive successful campaign through the extensive network of American mass media, which it controls and influences.  It fabricated an image of the Hamas administration in Gaza as a terrorist organization, which allegedly seized power through violence – totally denying its rise to power through internationally supervised, democratic elections and its defense of its electoral mandate against a US-Israeli backed PLO military takeover…

The Zionist-controlled US print media, in particular the New York Times and the Washington Post, systematically fabricated an account that fit perfectly with Israel’s official line defending its massive assault on Gaza:  Omitting any historical account of the hundreds of Israeli armed incursions and ‘targeted’ assassinations of Palestinian leaders and officials (even in their own homes) which repeatedly violated the ‘cease fire’ agreed by Hamas and provoked its retaliation in self-defense of its people; omitting the years of an Israeli enforced starvation embargo of food and essentials that threatened the lives of 1.5 million Palestinians and led to the desperate efforts of the elected Hamas leadership to secure supplies for the people’s survival via tunnels across the Egyptian border and through missile attacks against Israel to pressure the Jewish state to negotiate an end of the criminal blockade.

Like all totalitarians in the past, the Jewish state boasts of having systematically pre-planned the extermination campaign – months in advance – up to and including the precise hour and day of the bombing to coincide with inflicting the maximum murder of civilians:  The rockets and bombs fell as children were leaving school, as graduating police cadets were receiving their diplomas and as frantic mothers ran out from their homes to find their sons and daughters.
 
The mass military extermination campaign was a follow up of its non-stop total economic embargo and unremitting selective assassination campaign of the previous two years:  Both were designed to purge Palestine of its Arab population, first via mass hunger, disease, humiliation and violent intimidation and the proxy power grab by the PLO Quislings under Zionist puppet Abbas.  When they discovered that mass hunger and selective Israeli murder only strengthened the population’s links to its democratically elected government and the resolve of the Hamas government to resist Israel, the Israeli regimes unleashed its entire arsenal of weapons, including its new ‘American gifts’ up-to-date 1000 pound ‘bunker buster’ bombs and high tech missiles to incinerate large numbers of human beings within their deadly radius and to obliterate Palestinian civilization.

The Israelis have been playing this game of giving false reasons for their attacks on Arabs for a very long time. They spread these lies through the media giving Americans a totally misleading picture of what is happening mainly to paint Israel as the victim. Their history is full of admissions -- after the fact -- regarding the real reasons for their attacks and the provocative role they played in eliciting an Arab response. Here are a few past admissions by their leaders.

"Moshe Dayan, the celebrated commander who, as Defense Minister in 1967, gave the order to conquer the Golan...[said] many of the firefights with the Syrians were deliberately provoked by Israel, and the kibbutz residents who pressed the Government to take the Golan Heights did so less for security than for the farmland...[Dayan stated] 'They didn't even try to hide their greed for the land...We would send a tractor to plow some area where it wasn't possible to do anything, in the demilitarized area, and knew in advance that the Syrians would start to shoot. If they didn't shoot, we would tell the tractor to advance further, until in the end the Syrians would get annoyed and shoot.

And then we would use artillery and later the air force also, and that's how it was...The Syrians, on the fourth day of the war, were not a threat to us.'"

Recent statements by Rabbis in Israel as shown in several news reports have been calling for the mass genocide of Palestinians.  Statements such as “former Sephardi Chief Rabbi Mordecai Eliyahu ruled that there is no moral prohibition against the indiscriminate killing of civilians in Gaza.”  in this article, Top Israeli Rabbi Advocates Mass Killing of Gazans and “All of the Palestinians must be killed; men, women, infants, and even their beasts.” by Rabbi Yisrael Rosen, director of the Tsomet Institute in this article, Genocide Announced, can help us understand why Israeli massacres have been the same over the years. These statements are not from rank and file Jews, they are from Rabbis, the most learned in their religion who have spent years studying their Talmud and Torah. They know what their books say and how it is to be interpreted. What is the justification that these learned Rabbis are using for calling for the mass genocide of Palestinians?

Israel Shahak, Professor of Chemistry, and former Chairman of the Israeli League of Human and Civil Rights points out that the justification for the Israelis massacre of innocent Palestinians is directly related to Jewish religious teachings. Specifically he states:

In Jewish History, Jewish Religion, Shahak points out that while Islamic fundamentalism is vilified in the West, Jewish fundamentalism goes largely ignored. He argues that classical Judaism is used to justify Israeli policies which he views as xenophobic and similar in nature to the anti-Semitism suffered by Jews in other times and places. Nowhere can this be seen more clearly, in his view, than in Jewish attitudes to the non-Jewish peoples of Israel and the Middle East.

The differentiation in appropriate treatment for Jews and non-Jews to be found in Talmudic commentaries is, Shahak shows, not simply an academic question. Instead, it relates to current Israeli government practices which are justified by reference to religious law.

According to Shahak, the words of leading Israeli Rabbis and many others, the cause of the horrendous atrocities meted out by Israelis against Palestinians can be found in the teachings of their Talmud. The massacres have been the same over the years because the Israelis were operating from the same script. Whereas Islam prohibits the killing of innocents’ including plants and animals, the Jewish Talmud endorses it as in the following chapters and verse:

"Every Jew, who spills the blood of the Goyim is doing the same as making a sacrifice to G'd." Bammidber raba c 21 & Jalkut 772

When a Jew murders a gentile ("Cuthean"), there will be no death penalty. What a Jew steals from a gentile he may keep. Sanhedrin 57a .

A book published by the Central Region Command of the Israeli army, whose area includes the West Bank, contains the following declaration by the command’s chief chaplain:

“When our forces come across civilians during a war or in hot pursuit or in a raid, so long as there is no certainty that those civilians are incapable of harming our forces, then according to Halakah [Jewish law] they may and even should be killed….Under no circumstances should an Arab be trusted, even if he makes an impression of being civilized….In war, when our forces storm the enemy, they are allowed and even enjoined by the Halakah to kill even good civilians….”

Not only is this stated in their Talmud but it is also echoed in the statements of their Rabbis and leaders:
 

"We have to kill all the Palestinians unless they are resigned to live here as slaves." Chairman Heilbrun of the Committee for the Re-election of General Shlomo Lahat, the mayor of Tel Aviv, October 1983.

"Jewish blood and a goy's [gentile's] blood are not the same." Israeli Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg, Inferring that killing isn't murder if the victim is Gentile. Jerusalem Post, June 19,1989 .

  
The spiritual leader of Israel 's ultra-Orthodox Shas party has come under attack for a Passover sermon in which he called on G'd to annihilate Arabs.  

"It is forbidden to be merciful to them, you must give them missiles, with relish — annihilate them..."

Rabbi Yaacov Perrin said,

"One million Arabs are not worth a Jewish fingernail."

(NY Daily News, Feb. 28, 1994, p.6).

This is the realization the world must come to in order to truly understand what is happening in Gaza. The death of innocent men, women and children is not by accident. It is a deliberate genocide motivated by Jewish religious teachings that influences the Israeli government.

Of course, this is not the Judaism revealed to Moses that the Qur’an teaches Muslims to respect.  It is a corrupted Judaism originating in Babylon. Not revelaions from the Creator of the heavens and earth, but words from those who wrote the Talmud with their own hands and claim it is from G'd.  Allah issues a warning in the following ayat from the Qur'an regarding this:

"Then woe to those who write
The Book with their own hands,
And then say: "This is from ALLAH,"
To traffic with it
For a miserable price!-
Woe to them for what their hands
Do write, and for the gain
They make thereby." Qur’an (Sura 2:79)
